Our coffees often change, as we deplete one batch of coffee, we might replace it with a different coffee from the same or different region depending on availability. Right now, we are too small, and we simply don’t have the buying power to buy in bulk and provide the same choices year-round. However, we are confident that you are drinking some of the best organic coffees available. Our organic decafs are always decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process.

SHIPPING: Please remember that once ordered, your coffee must be roasted, rested, and packed before shipping which will add several additional days to the shipping time it takes to reach you.

NOTE: All our coffee is sold as whole bean in 12 oz (340 g) bags so it is not ground. We strive for freshness, and the humble bean is nature’s little package of freshness. Once coffee is ground, it begins to stale immediately, an injustice to the bean. We assume our customers already know this and have a grinder on hand. If not, please buy one. It’s a small investment with a huge return. Also, the packaging artwork displayed here might differ to the actual package you receive.
